Hi, I’m Gwen
After more than 28 years of traveling for the telecom industry, I made the decision to step away from life on the road and focus on what matters most — family, home, and building something meaningful.
That decision is what led to the creation of River Valley Kennels. This isn’t just a business. It’s a family-run place built on care, trust, and being truly present — for both dogs and the people who love them.
Dogs Are Family Here
In our home, dogs have always been part of the family — and that’s exactly how we treat every dog who stays with us. From cozy, climate-controlled spaces to plenty of playtime and snuggle time with our family, we make sure each dog feels safe, comfortable, and cared for.
Our kennel is located just across our private road, allowing us to stay close and attentive at all times. With indoor and outdoor cameras throughout the property, safety and peace of mind come first — for both dogs and their owners.
